Anyone have a recipe for liver, other than liver and onions? +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

My kids like it when I slice thin strips, stir fry in wine and put it over wild rice.

Found this one for German Sweet & sour. It isn't bad with some saurkraut and green beans with spaetzle Ingredients Directions Over medium heat, fry the Speck or bacon. Add the onion and sauté until soft and transparent. Dust the liver slices with flour and sauté them lightly for 2-3 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Adjust amount of sugar and vinegar to suit your taste Serves 2. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I knew a lady that told me one time that if you boil it until it is done and then throw it in the fryer for a minute that it won't be dry. I haven't ever tried it since I'm the only one in the house that eats liver.

It only comes out dry if you overcook it. When you poke it with a fork and there's just a hint of blood its done. gutpile
